All the products we use are carefully chosen trying to respect the so-called “Km 0”, where a choice is possible, we prefer organic products.
Our bruschetta are made with fresh vegetables and all the vegetables are mostly local producers; the meat comes from a farm in Val d’Orcia raising their animals with wheat, hay and barley for their production and arrives directly on your plate; table wine and extra virgin olive oil is an organic farm in Montisi; the dough is handmade with flour made from ancient valdorcia grains.
A note of attention to the pizza that is made with selected flour, a leavening that goes from 24 to 48 hours, high quality tomatoes and real Mozzarella!
